For dealing with the wind -

The net prevents billowing and can be secured to your trailer with luggage elastics.
Elastic straps while parked.
The straps totally encircle the car (unlike an integral underbody strap which buckles to the cover) and, because
they are elastic, provide a suitable tensioned grip without strain.
